Error in "Even the Last" - Elementery section

I would like to give some feedback about ... "Even the last" Problem,

I am unable to get the index 16 from the array,checkio([-37,-36,-19,-99,29,20,3,-7,-64,84,36,62,26,-76,55,-24,84,49,-65,41])

The correct result is 1968 , but am receiving -1476, To prove that the python program is omitting the index 16 , i have included the screenshot and the program.

I even tried in my local system , but still the same error, instead of index 16 , index 9 comes up.
